Refund & Return Policy

At Crockcool, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a printing error (wrong design, misalignment, color issue)
• The wrong item or size was sent

To be eligible, you must contact us within 03 days of delivery at support@crockcool.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We do not refund or replace for:

• Buyer's remorse or incorrect size ordered
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
