By placing an order on Crockcool (www.crockcool.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products All products are custom-made on demand. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. We cannot cancel or modify orders once production has started.

2. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

3. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

4. Refunds & Replacements Please refer to our Refund Policy. We only offer replacements or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items reported within 30 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property All designs on Crockcool are original or licensed. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability Crockcool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith.
