Processing Time All products at Crockcool are made to order. Orders are typically processed and handed to our print-on-demand partner within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination after production is complete:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 10–30 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
• Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–25 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via standard carriers including USPS, DHL, and local postal services depending on your region.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@crockcool.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
